Course material shall be supplied to the user in parts as required by the rate of training.
Postage on everything sent to the user is payable by the user.
The replacement of study materials shall be for the account of the user.
Study material supplied to users may not be passed on or access given to anyone other than the registered user.
All applications are subject to acceptance by Satellite Solutions.
The user shall be liable for all costs, collection charges and any other disbursements incurred by Satellite Solutions in recovering amount/fees owed.
Fees charged by Satellite Solutions may exclude Institute Registration and Exam Fees for higher learning.
Certificates will only be issued once the user´s account has been settled in full.
Satellite Solutions reserves the right to make appropriate charge if the examination syllabus is changed involving the supply of additional study material or the correction of extra tests.
Satellite Solutions does not accept responsibility for a user´s eligibility or entry for public examinations.
If fees are not paid on the due date, the whole amount shall become due and payable immediately and Satellite Solutions shall be entitled to charge interest in respect of amounts unpaid on the due date at 2% above prime rate charged by its bankers.
Satellite Solutions will be entitled to verify the information contained on the user´s application form and generally make any enquiries it deems necessary.
Satellite Solutions may remove any service rendered and/or products offered from the web site at its sole discretion.
An agreement between Satellite Solutions and a user shall only comes into effect if and when:
A credit card authorisation is received from an issuing bank; or
An electronic transfer is reflected on the Satellite Solutions bank statement and only if such payment is received within 5 (five) business days after completion of the purchase cycle); or
A direct deposit, cheque or cash is reflected on the Satellite Solutions bank statement (and only if such payment is received within 5 (five) business days after completion of the purchase cycle.
Once the user received confirmation for a specific course and the agreement between Satellite Solutions and a user comes into effect (payment is made), cancellations will no longer be accepted and the user will forfeit any or all monies paid upon cancellation.
Satellite Solutions reserves the right to reschedule a course/s up to seven days prior to commencement, to accommodate other users and / or add new technology to the course material.
Cancellations received more than fourteen days prior to commencement of any course will be accepted, but subject to a 15% cancellation fee.
The user/s are responsible for transport at their own cost, to and from the training venue for the duration of the course.
The user/s are responsible for accommodation at their own cost, for the duration of the training.
The user indemnifies Satellite Solutions, Zinenetix CC and / or any other affiliated or non-affiliated institution or their employees from injury or death resulting from the use or non-use of equipment, tools and / or any training related exercise.
The user indemnifies Satellite Solutions, Zinenetix CC and / or any other affiliated or non-affiliated institution or their employees from damages caused to private property resulting from the use or non-use of equipment, tools and / or any training related exercise.
